The Black Diamond Capitan is a comfortable climbing and mountaineering helmet built with added protection on the sides and back and with durability in mind.

Featuring a 2-piece ABS shell construction that allows for an optimised fit and dual colours, the Capitan also boasts a fusion of EPP foam and an EPS foam puck, which meets the proposed UIAA increased side and back protection requirements. The Capitan’s vents provide ample breathability when temps heat up and a low-profile suspension system dials in the fit. The integrated headlamp clips with an elastic keeper on the back secure your light so you can push through the night.

Measure around the largest part of the head-about one inch above the eyebrows.

S/M: 53-59cm | M/L: 58-63cm
